Amsem Records’ latest release pushes open the doors to Arnaud Denzler’s universe.
Recorded while the world could still party, Forever is the perfect House soundtrack to walk you home in the early morning. Halfway between the club and our beds, we quietly navigate to the rhythm of our emotions, through the remains of a not-so-distant euphoria and latent melancholy, where reminiscences of the past and wanderlust intertwine, carried by a delicate and nuanced sonic palette.
The acid-tinged violins of «Long Story Short» precede the mesmerizing pads of «Forever» while the 90’s vibes of «Different Paths» contrast with « From Far Away»’s long Middle East-inspired solo. Both familiar and subtly strange, these four tracks offer as many possible paths and inner journeys to explore. Just let yourself go.
ARNAUD DENZLER
Involved in several collective projects, Arnaud Denzler created Empty Spaces Records in 2015 and is one half of the dub-techno duo A.T. He’s also a member of La Claque, a Parisian crew that orgnizes parties in clubs like La Rotonde Stalingrad and Gambetta Club.
He has played live sets and DJ sets at festivals like Sarcus or Oh Plateau and in clubs such as La Bellevilloise, Petit Bain, La Station, 6B and La Java.
He also works as a soundtrack composer for various media and audio-visual production studios like Slate, Initial Studio, Inward Outward and Face B.
With his solo house project, Arnaud Denzler focuses on deep grooves while exploring complex sonic materials. Heavily influenced by the sampling masters of the 90s, his next EP ‘Forever’ – released on Amsem Records – is the perfect way to enter his world.

The story started 8 years ago, when Gabriel Mester and Marc-Antoine Rousseau met in highschool, despite being serious students, they quickly realized that they were together sharing a common passion: a love for electronic music, as well as a naïve dream: creating their own independent music label.
During this period, the Mesma Records’ adventure began, a demanding and adventurous Parisian-New York based label combining electronic and experimental music.
A few years later, Amsem Records was born. This second label was initiated by Gabriel and Marc-Antoine, joined on occasion by his’ brother, Constantin. This label aims to be a real living laboratory of parties and creativity with a simple goal: celebrating music that brings together with unstoppable grooves and moments of collective madness, accompanied by a return to the roots of the club culture they loved so much.
For two years now, Amsem Records has been developing a plural and rich universe through each of its releases (vinyl and digital), visuals, clips and Parisian evenings.
The label began producing its events at the Nouveau Casino, which was immediately successful. On the strength of its reputation, other clubs such as Rex Club and Badaboum then agreed to open their doors to them. Amsem is determined to continue crossing the threshold of the best clubs in France and Europe.
Pushing the doors of creativity even further, Amsem arrived with fresh energy and original ideas. Its latest project? An official brand of clothing. Designed in New York, made in Portugal and screen printed in Paris, this brand makes the label the herald of music that can be danced as much as it is worn.
To ensure increasing visibility of the records produced, Amsem is also proud to announce that it has been selected by !K7 Records, which now ensures its physical and digital distribution. The label is happy to be able to rub shoulders with prestigious labels and independent global artists such as Rush Hour, Rhythm Section, Strut Records and Tricky.
The growing international visibility of Amsem, driven by records played by the greatest. DJs from all over the world, proves that we can turn the creation of a label into a true manifesto, that of a joyful and sincere art of living that nothing seems to stop.
